Today we were very fortunate to visit the local mosque, where we shown around and given the chance to ask any questions about Islam that had been raised by our study of the faith this term. The children’s questions were very thoughtful, and we learned a lot about how Muslims use the mosque to worship. Here are some photos from the day:
